How to loose weight and keep fit!

Loosing weight has never been easy for some people! And we think it is soo difficult….. Meanwhile it’s all in us to obtain and keep weight that is healthy to our bodies. All the answers are within us on how to maintain a weight that is in us

1. Eat less and with moderate frequency. Do not each too much or bigger proportions of a meal. Eat 3 times a day, breakfast, lunch and dinner and have a health snack inbetween.

2. Exercise. This one has been my favourite of all times. Ranging from joggin, taebo & pirates to sweating in the gym. I enjoy gym the best, coz it has got variable activities. U never get bored and u get to choose wht part of th body you get to work on.

3. Get physical active. This one is partly coverd in number one. Instead of lying down on the couch or in bed all the time, rather get up and get something to do. Go play outside, clean or cook…

4. Stay away from fast food. These type of food are addictive and they come much with an emotional content because they tend to bring temporal happiness for those who are unhappy most of the times. Tell yourself, this smells good enough, but I am not gona fall into this trap, rather than facing my reality and solving my problems.

5. Solve your emotional issues. Being stressed or depressed can make us eat a lot and wanting to keep away from physical activity. Try to find a way to solve your emotional issues and work on being more happy! Tell your self I might want to eat more but if I eat less I will gain more benefits. Force yourself to be more physically active, no matter how sad you are.

6.Ultimately, loosing weight is all in the mind. If you visualise being the weight that you want, the universe will eventually give you the weight that you desire. So think more healthy thoughts and you shall be healthy!
